Nfs Undercover Group 10 Cab High Quality

ive tried to install the game several times...after i put the serial...and acept every term...when it says copying new files...after 3 minutes..it appeard a error mesage...saying group10.cab file is corupted...then i went to the drive..and opened the file...its more than 1 GB...so it has all the files...but i need that group...some tell me how to fixit or qhere to download just the file
